What this program is
Real Work Ready™ is a structured, live cohort experience.
Over the next six weeks, you will develop the skills and professional awareness that most people spend years learning through trial and error.
You will work on:

- Ownership and follow-through
- Professional judgment
- Workplace presence
- And career-accelerating behaviors
Everything in this program connects back to how work actually operates inside organizations.
How the program works
Each week follows the same rhythm:
- Live 75-minute session
- Optional short pre-work
- Real workplace scenarios
- Written reflection and application
- Practice between sessions
- Live sessions are interactive and practice-based. You are expected to participate, reflect, and test what you learn.Recordings will be posted here if you are unable to attend live.
